As a Hungarian translation agency we are bound by professional confidentiality, therefore we do not disclose any information accessed during the course of our work with third parties.

According to Hungarian legislation, if anyone accesses business secrets or confidential business information during their work they shall maintain the secrecy or confidentiality of such information. The obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the employment relationship.

The non-disclosure clause is also contained in the translation order form concluded with clients. In addition, we are happy to sign a specific non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a particular client or project.
